Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded; however, this right does not apply before receiving the product, and the cancellation request must be sent in text format via email.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to send us a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) indicating your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires to the following address:

Reasons for Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium if the entrepreneur has started the execution of the contract after the consumer has:
1. Given their express consent for the entrepreneur to begin the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and
2. Confirmed their knowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal upon the start of the execution of the contract.

Return Policy
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal (see above), we offer consumers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of sale.
To exercise the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must inform Original Licenses of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g., letter, email). After the 14-day legal cancellation period, we require a statement of the reasons for requesting the money-back guarantee. The deadline will be considered met if we receive the written withdrawal before the 30 days have elapsed.
The refund will be processed in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
It should be noted that businesses are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
The voluntary extension to 30 days does not restrict the legal right of withdrawal.
