1. The corresponding legal rights are guaranteed.
2. The customer is encouraged to check the integrity and any obvious defects of the item immediately after delivery, and to inform us of any claims as soon as possible. Should the customer fail to carry out this verification, it will not affect their rights regarding the legal warranty.
3. Only the quality of the item according to our own information and the description provided by the manufacturer is considered agreed upon, excluding other advertisements, public promotions, and statements made by the manufacturer.
4. The warranty period covers one year from the date of delivery of the goods.
5. If the customer refuses delivery for reasons other than a significant defect that severely limits or makes its use impossible, even when the seller has expressed their intention to fulfill the order, the customer is in default of acceptance. Acceptance of delivery cannot be denied due to minor defects.
6. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from inappropriate use, modifications to system components contrary to contractual terms, use of inappropriate organizational means, operation in a hardware or software environment that does not meet the requirements specified in the license certificate, unusual operating conditions, or interventions in the system carried out by customers or third parties.
7. In the event of a defective delivery, the seller has the option to correct the defect (rectification) or provide a defect-free item (replacement delivery). In the latter case, the customer is obliged to return the defective goods as per the seller's request and in accordance with legal provisions.
